Astro Day
On October 4 1957 a first artificial satellite was launched by Soviet Union. The carrier was Intercontinental ballistic missile R7. In Russia October 4 is celebrated as Russian space forces day.
Today is another prominent day. On April 12 1961 A First man in space Yuri Alexeyevich Gagarin, our first spaceman of all nations and ages made his first fight to space.
